How YEI! Works With Your Family

If you have an adult child with a disability whose goal is assuming a normal adult role in the economy and the community, then YEI! is the choice for you.  Participants in YEI! programs are renowned in Prescott for their visibility and integration into normal economic mainstreaming.

Enrollment in YEI! is often subsidized by third party purchases through the public schools, the Native American Social Services units, and divisions of the Arizona Department of Economic Security.  YEI! also has scholarships available for qualifying families and we would be happy to discuss this option with you.

Our program of “Developmental Employment,” which includes our award-winning “Community Contribution Corps,” (community volunteer placements) has been accredited at the highest level of service by the National Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 1978.

Our fleet of vans, graciously donated by Red Arrow Real Estate, moves our people throughout the Central Highlands area all day, every day, to and from their jobs, adjunct therapies, and volunteer positions. Each facility has a one-ton crew cab truck that serves our production partners in a timely fashion every day.

It’s obvious from the first time you step into any of our production areas and training facilities, that we continue to be the most joyful place to work in the Central Highlands.
